For the individual files: Single-click the left mouse-button on the appropriate link (either Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and Microsoft Word formatted documents; versions '97 thru 2003, OR each of the Adobe PDF formatted documents ), when the File Download dialog box appears, click the "Save" button, when the "Save As" dialog box appears, select the "My Documents" folder from the "Save in:" drop-down menu, then click the "Save" button to download and save the file to your computer.  [Note: The Adobe PDF documents will open in a new window.  When the document finishes loading in the new window, either click "File", then click "Save As...", then click the "Save" button, OR click the save button on the toolbar (looks like a floppy disk), when the "Save a Copy" dialog box opens, click the "Save" button.]  OR Single-click the right mouse-button on the appropriate link, when the pop-up menu appears, click on "Save Target As...", when the "Save As" dialog box appears, select the "My Documents" folder from the "Save in:" drop-down menu, then click the "Save" button.  Then open the file(s) from your computer.

For the zipped (.zip) files: I have combined all of the individual chapter files into one .zip file for each document format.  The two Microsoft formats (PowerPoint and Word) go together, just as both of the Adobe PDF formats go together, so you can download all of the chapters at once, un-zip them, then view the files at your leisure.  Single-Right-Click the link, when the pop-up menu appears, click on "Save Target As...", when the "Save As" dialog box appears, select "Desktop" from the "Save in:" drop-down menu, then click the "Save" button.  Double-Left-Click the ".zip" folder on the "Desktop" and "extract" the files into your "My Documents" folder.  Then open the file(s) from your computer.
